Rusler Implement Co. is a locally owned, full-service Tractor & Equipment dealership that has been servicing the farming/rural lifestyle community for over 60 years. We are looking for a highly organized, energetic individual to fill a full-time Ag Salesman position. Come join us and be part of our team.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the promotion and sales of our Case IH and Kubota products indside and outside of the dealership. Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Promote and sell Case IH/Kubota products and services
- Actively build relationships with customers
- Responsible for maintaining current product knowledge on all new and used Case IH/Kubota equipment
- Work closely with Service Department to ensure timely delivery on products you sell.
- Seek out opportunities to gain additional business from existing Customers and establish relationships with new Customers.
Compensation:
- Compensation is commensurate with experience- Starting Salary Range: TBD.
The position’s hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with every 3rd Saturday 8am to 12pm.
Additional hours may be required seasonally, outside of regular working hours and may consist of evenings.

Requirements
- Two Year Experience in Sales
- Previous agricultural machinery sales experience would be a great asset.
- Farming background and knowledge would be desirable but not required.
- Similar industry experience is acceptable
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
