We are looking for a highly organized, energetic individual to fill a full-time Accounting Manager Assistant. Come join us and be part of our team!
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting the Accounting Manager/Director of Finance. Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Data Entry
- Reconciliations
- Preparing Income Statements
- Prepare Daily Bank Deposits
- Help Control Dealership Expenses
- Filing & Organizing
Compensation:
- Compensation is commensurate with experience- Starting Wage: TBD.
The position’s hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Requirements
- Accounting Degree Preferred but not required
- Sales Tax Experience would be a great asset
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- High level of integrity, discretion and accountability.
